Inspiration Post: Team Effort (7/21/19)

Teamwork, team effort, the collective resources of a group of individuals coming together to achieve something great.

The photograph above inspires me to think of teamwork. As a leader, it is important to recognize that working together as a team is the key to achieving greatness. Your team may be your family, your friends, your fellow leaders, your team member or any combination of these.

The astronaut, by himself, floating in outer space. Some look at this image and think of the individual. What they have accomplished, what they did to get there, what knowledge they possess.

I see this astronaut and I think of all those who sacrificed along side him, who share in this accomplishment, and who worked together as a team towards a common goal.
